Last summer’s trip to Italy changed our lives forever.
From the sun-kissed beaches along the Amalfi Coast to the timeless art and history of Rome, Italy beckons with a summer like no other.

We immersed ourselves in the vibrant energy of bustling wood fired pizzas, swirled into a pool of pastas, savoured dolci as we strolled through charming cobblestone streets, and basked in the warmth of the Mediterranean sun.

While indulging in a delectable cuisine, exploring ancient ruins, and creating lifelong memories against the backdrop of Italy’s breathtaking landscapes; we decided to make our pitstops worthwhile.

Smitten by light and airy Napoli-style pizzas, we made sure we tried our hands at some and it was time to get back in the kitchen, this time in Italia!
We picked up new spaids, techniques and also a pocket full of amore!

Passion, creativity and patience put altogether effectively to present this work of art, the Mad Doh! Sourdough Pizzeria & Bakes, exclusively for your taste.

An authentic Neapolitan pizzeria which welcomes you to a chic and contemporary ambience, featuring the marble table, complementing the warmth of wooden chairs and cane lights. We welcome you to a space bright, wide and open, keeping you close to the nature’s light; along with the tempting aroma of wood burning oven pizzas baked with love only for you.

The first word that comes to our mind when we think of pizza, of course, is Neapolitan. No one does it like the Naples! We bring to the best of Napoli style wood-fired pizza just for you to savour the authenticity and originality of Italy.

Soft, fluffy crust, thin papery centre filled with exquisite toppings, freshly baked in a wood fired oven to leave you in an awe full of emotions as soon as the centre melts in your mouth.
Our forte being the dough, created from our very own sourdough starter, left to rise to a minimum of 36 hours so as to make you feel light as a feather without weighing you down. This slow long fermented and highly hydrated dough is created by using a gut-friendly sourdough cooked in a wood fired oven, adds a unique and fragrant flavour to your pizza.

Our menu boosts of diverse and intriguing selection of pizzas – traditional, creative and seasonal, along with classic and appetising toppings, allowing the true flavours of the ingredients to shine through.
Not only the pizzas, but we also open the door for you to the best selection of our hand rolled pastas like gnocchi, ravioli, spaghetti- you name it, we have it made for you, fresh everyday! Our in-house sourdough and focaccia breads will never keep you away from us. Splendid desserts like Tiramisu, Apple crumble and many more are the ones you can’t really miss to try!

1. Gut friendly Sourdough Starter – A new and healthy dough starter made using sourdough which has been kept active by our chefs and fed everyday for more than a year now! It’s not only gut friendly but also gives a unique flavour to the dough.

2. High protein flour – high protein rich flour to bring to you the right texture of delicious fluffy-chewy pizzas.

3. Light weighed pizzas – the high hydration and cold fermentation to a minimum of at least 48 hours leaves us the specialty of creating easy to digest pizzas for you.

4. The sauce – bringing the time honoured Italian tradition and taste to you with the help of lush San Marzano tomatoes combined with vibrant herbs for a delicate balance of sweet and tangy.

5. The wood fired oven – pizza baked in a wood fired brick oven has the effect of a delightful contrast taste. The bottom of the crust leaving a charred bit smoky flavour on the edges, imparting the centre to absolutely melt in your mouth.

6. The cheese – from Parmigiano to Feta to Fior Di Latte to Burrata to Ricotta – perhaps we source the best of all the cheese from different parts of Europe shipped directly to us.

Sourdough pizza, crafted with oodles of love, made from a “mother dough” and 48 hours of slow fermentation. No artificial ingredients, no additives. Gives you an experience you can never forget.
