Our Story
Our ship sailed on 21st April. The first Thyme and Whisk outlet was launched in Vadodara. Renowned Indian Team Cricketer Irfan Pathan visited Thyme & Whisk, Vadodara Outlet, with his family for dinner in November 2018, which is also his hometown.
We started the first day of 2019 by launching our second outlet in Bangalore. In the last eight months of serving Vadodara, we have been working alongside to expand happiness. We kept introducing new dishes seasonally. Soon, we started making everything in-house- Pita bread, burger buns, french baguettes, pizza bread, sandwich loaf, and other such loaves of bread.
We believe in dynamism, so we kept giving twists to our cuisine. We rigorously revised our menus and added options like Vegan Desserts and Entremet. We believed in giving back to the community. So we distributed more than 100 packed lunches daily for free to the needy during COVID19 Lockdown in collaboration with CS INDIA -First Covid Wave 2020 & Second Covid Wave 2021.
By January 2021, with all the love and support we garnered over three years, we opened our second Bangalore outlet. In June, we decided to imbibe a broader idea and integrate vegan dishes into our abode.
Overwhelmed by the response we had received by then, we launched our new outlet in Juhu, Mumbai—a new paced city and lucrative market for us.
By June 2022, we screamed at the top of our lungs and launched our new outlet in Worli, Mumbai.
Fast forward one year, and on we have proudly unveiled our new outlets in Hyderabad in April 2023, Mulund in August 2023 and Surat in August 2023.
To all the love and support we have received so far, we value it way too much, and the proof lies in the fact that we will never stop trying to bring the best for you. Meanwhile, we want to let you in on a little secret. We are soon opening in Pune, and Indore.
Our rigorous innovation gave us the outcome we wanted for our first brand, and we could not wait to dive into another creative venture called TRIBES-a Street Story. It’s a QSR initiative that focuses on mouthwatering street food along with grab-n-go snacks made with quality ingredients & utmost hygiene. First outlet opened in August 2023 at Mumbai.
