As a result, he brings sound commercial judgment to our organization. He manages the company's P&L, strategy, operations, development, and transformation. The workaholic Tapan enjoys spending a lot of time in the restaurant's back office and maintaining the highest standards for the establishment.

A Certified Chef City & Guilds, London, Bobby is indubitably a talented persona. She is at the heart of everything we serve. She brings a consistent level of excellence to all of our outlets. She personally creates and curates the menu and ensures that no matter what outlet or city, you have the same experience leaving any of our places– full and satisfied.
She brings a wealth of information to the table, a keen sense of flavour, and rigorous attention to detail. Having attended one of the best culinary schools, she was exposed to the world's finest cuisines. You can always find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or taking notes on original concepts while continuing to produce the most remarkable caliber of work to build this company.

Parth has unmatched business acumen. His venture into the hospitality industry in 2018 brought the three founders together. With great insight into Legal Matters and liasoning, he handles all the company's legal matters.
He handles the expansion and operations of all the outlets & business units. Being truly optimistic, he is a significant pillar of Trinetra Venture and brings fresh insights into the brand.
Interior Designer
Dharti Gandhi
A dedicated persona, Dharti had the vision to see what our multicuisine should look like. Running her projects under Peridot Interior in various cities, she has designed all the Thyme & Whisk outlets. She rigorously designed and tried options for various corners to bring what suited the best to the table. All the corners, lighting, flooring, live kitchen set-up, and other artifacts were done very elaborately and extensively by her.
